Following the release of "The Destroyer - Part 1", Alfons Robert, the one behind TR/ST band, announced the accompaing album, "The Destroyer - Part 2", to be released this November 1st. Right before the announcement, the song "Iris" was made available to stream via the YouTube account and other services.
Alfons recorded the combined 16 tracks during a variety of sessions, some in Los Angeles, some in a rural, isolated Ontario farmhouse, where he was inspired by "the living plant world around me."
Part 1 was fantastic, and from interviews we can assume part 2 will be more melodic and slower, but I’m still just as pumped. Such an underrated artist
