A Day to Remember from Florida formed in 2003 and are being described as a metalcore/pop-punk/rock band. The bands current line-up include Jeremy McKinnon, Neil Westfall, Josh Woodard, Alex Shelnutt and Kevin Skaff. The band is set to release their new album "Common Courtesy" October the 8th.
An album which have seen a lot of delays. Common Courtesy was announced by the band with a countdown included. Once the countdown hit zero, first single "Violence (Enough Is Enough)" was released. This was back in December and since there's been a lot of speculation when the album actually will be released. On March 18th, Jeremy McKinnon, announced on Twitter that "Common Courtesy is officially tracked! Now, onward to mixing.". Still no official track list.
The band announced Friday night at a show in Michigan that the judge ruled that they could release their album October 8, without Victory. Here is the live video of that announcement.

Drew Russ (in case you don’t know he does videos for adtr) just tweeted “I have a chubby fresh moment on the new ADTR record that will be on the internet soon…” That tweet doesn’t make a ton of sense to me but does that me he’s hinting that it’s gonna be out there soon via stream or leak? I’m just kinda confused by the wording

So far I like Violence + Dead and Buried way more than RBAIA. In fact, I really don’t like RBAIA at all. I’m not really sure why though. As long as it’s ADTR, I think I’ll be happy.
That’s exactly how I feel. Violence gave me flashbacks to the good ole For Those Who Have Heart days.
Yeah, I feel the same way. I love the punk stuff and the heavy stuff, but I RBAIA just didn’t click for me.. maybe the studio version will change that around.
I hope the studio version will change my thinking of it too. The thing is, its been out for such a long time, i’m only used to the non studio version so it will be interesting to hear. However, I am so excited for dead and buried!

Really??? I feel the exact opposite. I think Violence is alright, Dead and Buried is really good and RBAIA is one of my all time favorite ADTR songs already haha. But hey, to each their own :p Then again I’m more into their pop punk stuff than their hardcore bits, but I love all of it.

I think they left songs out so they can put them out on the physical version next month.. the album really is about 16 songs I reckon but 13 for now.

Press copies are out, Jason Tate head of absolutepunk just tweeted how he just listened to it. Said he was pleasantly surprised, and gave the impression there were really good pop punk songs on it.

Guys… what if on All Time Low’s radio show that they do every monday at 7 they played a new ADTR song since they are on tour together and have premiered songs on it before. Idk just a random thought I had.
This is plausible I think it could happen. I’m gonna listen to it when it goes live just to be sure :)

As it has been said with every other person, I have been keeping track since this has been posted. I started listening since WSYFM but I never really got into them until last year when I decided to check out their stuff. I knew a couple of their songs then but since then I heard nearly every single one. When they released “Violence”, I loved it! The sound and composition sounds different than the average ADTR song. I been waiting since Violence for this album to come out.
With that said, I must say. I am surprised that this is a rare occasion. An album not leaking at all before it’s release date is pretty rare. Of course the lawsuit realllly constricted the album’s info but when I heard in late August about the release date, I was excited. Now that the album has the OK to release, I am sure ADTR is going to get a bunch in sales. I will download the leak due to restrictions on money right now but when I can get it, I will get it! #ADTRNeverDies
