"A Shade of Red" sees the band take a different direction from their previous releases. It represents an amalgam of genres that include Djent, Industrial metal, metalcore, and ingrained traces of Nu-metal. The album directly laments over personal issues and many sociological elements that many struggle to deal with. The aim was to highlight the clash between the "self" and "environment", highlighting the issues associated with technology addiction, corporate cultures, educational systems, and addiction.
After the album's release, the band will be playing international summer festivals in Germany, Portugal, and second headlining spot in Sri Lanka. The first single "Silence the Sensor" released worldwide on the 31st March 2015.
