A Leaking Head IV: Aye Moe Kill Securîtî is the 15th album by Maryland rapper and producer Sybyr, released on September 1st, 2018. It is a follow up to the previous 3 Leaking Head albums.

Sybyr had announced the album on a twitter post on the 19th of August. The project’s production was mainly handled by Sybyr (as Landfill). Additional production was provided by Nonbruh. “MacXVII”, Ginseng, Eldrick, and Black Mayo.

The album contains a few tracks that were taken from his 2014 album Lord Mackovich. and has production by MacXVII, an old alias by Sybyr. The same applies with the Lord Mackovich persona and the Helly Is Hansyn persona.
