ALBUM HYPE: JULY 2014

With the new Has it Leaked in place, we’re re-focusing as to why we’re here in the first place – Music. The list below includes releases which aren’t far off, could leak or stream any day now – Or are simply too good not to recommend. So, while we’re scratching our head trying to figure out what Dave Grohl, Grimes, Twin Shadow and Deftones are going to name their albums or when Nicki Minaj, Nas, Weezer and the A$AP Mob is going to give the albums a release date – Here are a few highlights. Pretty jazzed about DFA1979 and La Roux. It’s been too long since I’ve thrown down on some dance punk.

Also, just so you guys know: The link to this page in your newsletter is broken. The HTML within the email links to “../articles/album-hype-july-2014/” as opposed to “hasitleaked.com/articles/album-hype-july-2014/”

Don’t you think the middle part of the LP is a bit boring compared to the other tunes?
I absolutely like this record and I have been looking forward since the release of EP1.
